    Support Channels

    • Use the feedback form in the app settings for product issues, bug reports, and privacy questions.

    What to Include

    When contacting support, include:

    • what happened
    • what you expected to happen
    • your device model and OS version if the issue is technical
    • whether the issue involves optional Cloud AI, subscriptions, or local data

    Product Notes

    • Grith is local-first. Journal entries, chats, and most app data stay on your device by default.
    • Cloud AI is optional and is not professional, medical, or emergency support.
    • The app includes Delete All My Data in Settings for local wipe.
    • The app does not currently provide a built-in portable data export feature.
